Returned products are first managed by the distributor network, entrusted with applying TengTools’ warranty and replacing items on stock. Replacement or repair of the product will be carried out as quickly as possible. Certain items are not covered by the lifetime guarantee as they are considered consumable parts, these include but are not limited to bits, impact sockets, power bar heads, blades, etc.
